Guest and unit info: See guest details and property information at a glance
Unread indicators: Yellow highlighting shows threads with unread messages

Special tags: Quick identification of booking requests, alterations, etc.
Real-time updates: New messages appear instantly via WebSocket connection
Easy navigation: Click "View Messages" to see the full conversation
